COLLAGEN IN OUR BODY GelcoPEP® are low molecular weight collagen peptides, produced from selected raw materials and obtained by the total hydrolysis of native collagen present in the pigment. It contains 18 main amino acids, highlighting the concentration of glycine, proline and hydroxyproline. GelcoPEP® is easy to digest and absorbs and distributes quickly to human body. It has a neutral taste and odor and excellent solubility, which makes it an ideal ingredient to be applied in the food, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and nutricosmetic segments. CLEAN LABEL Serving a growing market, Gelco gelatin is an ingredient produced from natural raw materials and does not have an E number, it allows the creation of products with cleaner and simpler labels without additives. The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) classifies collagen peptides as GRAS (generally recognized as safe).
